Refund Policy / Class Rules

Registration & Payment
Our 2026 Spring programs are open for registration. Seats are first-come, first- served basis.
Full payment is due at the time of registration.
Siblings receive a 5% discount.
We accept cash, money order, personal check, or Zelle.
Please make checks payable to: HLG 23 Service Corp.


Class Rules
Students and parents are responsible for knowing the class schedule.
Attendance is required for all students. Please inform us in advance if a student will be absent.
Make-up classes are scheduled by our staff and cannot be exchanged for refunds or moved to the next session.


Tuition Credit & Refund Rules
If you enroll but cannot attend, you may retain your tuition as credit for up to six months (a $100 service fee applies). If you prefer a refund, $200 will be deducted.
If you cannot attend and notify us more than 30 days before the start date, tuition can be held as credit for six months with a $200 fee. If you request a refund, 50% will be deducted.
After the first class, no refunds or credits will be given.


Cancellation & Changes
Higher Learning reserves the right to cancel or change classes, schedules, or instructors if necessary.
